A SHORT STORY ABOUT KRISHNA šš
Once Krishna was having prasadam and Ma Rukmini was serving Him.
Krishna suddenly got up and ran to the door
Then suddenly, He sat down again and started calmly taking the prasadam.
So Rukmini mata was confused and asked the reason for this behavior.
Krishna explained that his devotee, who was crossing a forest, was being attacked by a wild dog, so he ran to help him.
Rukmini Mata asked why then He did not go to protect him?
Krishna explained that He was ready to protect the devotee, but the devotee picked up a big stone, threw at the dog and protected himself. So, he came back.
The story conveys that Bhagawan is always there to protect us. Not necessarily in his physical form. Sometimes he comes as our courage and valour, sometimes as wisdom, and if all fail, he then comes in his form.
BUT HE DOES COME FOR SURE š
