THE REAL STORY ON THE ORIGIN OF HANUMAN CHALISA. DO READ😊

In Varanasi, a rich man performed his daughter's marriage with lot of grandeur. But unfortunately the night of marriage, his son- in- law passed away. With lot of grief, they prepared to take the body for cremation.

The Bride filled with Sorrow, ran behind her husband's dead body crying and wailing. On the way, she saw a serene ashram, and crying loudly, she ran into the ashram and fell on the feet of the saint meditating there. The saint opened his eyes and seeing the newly wed bride, blessed her Saying "DHEERGA SUMANGALI BHAVA".

Listening to the saint's words, the wailing bride showed the corpse to the saint, and said That her husband was dead, and that his blessings are in vain. To this the saint calmly said, Rama has pronounced this blessing through me and it is his will, and along with her went to the dead man, and chanted Rama nama three times, and the dead man woke up as if he got up from sleep.

That saint is GOSWAMI TULSI DAS. Some people who didn't like Goswami Tulsidas, complained to Akbar, that he is doing fraud to attract people. Akbar summoned

Goswami Tulsidas, and asked him if he had brought alive a dead man. Goswami Tulsidas replied, that it was Rama's will. Angered with the answer, Akbar got a corpse in front of him and said that if he didn't get the dead man alive, he will be decapitated.

Goswami Tulsidas without saying anything, closed his eyes and slipped into meditation on Rama. Angered by this, Akbar asked his servants to decapitate Goswami Tulsidas. All of a sudden, hundreds of monkeys entered the court of Akbar and took away all the weapons from everyone.

Disturbed by all this commotion when Tulsidas opened his eyes, on the top of the Simha Dwara, he saw Hanuman sitting &smiling. With folded hands, Tulsidas ji then & there recited a powerful stotra with 40 slokas (choupayee) in praise of HANUMAN. That is HANUMAN CHALISA.

After listening to this stotra Hanuman pleased with Goswami Tulsidas, when wanted to give him a boon. He asked

"whoever recites this HANUMAN CHALISA, IN ANY DIFFICULTIES, HANUMAN HIMSELF SHOULD GO & PROTECT THEM"

Hanuman obliged to the same.

Such is the devotion of GOSWAMI TULSI DAS🙏
