Vashaa or Barren Cow has been Revered as Repository of all the Powers of Devatas Pitrus, Rishis and even Asuras.

Barren Cows are Sacred Despite their lack of Fertility. They are worshipped in Rituals like Vasaasaanthika (worshipping a barren cow), to bring Fulfilment of Material Desires, Peace, Avert Evil, or Pacify Negative Forces.
